Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Independent Living & Recovery Programs
Location: Danbury, Ridgefield, New Milford, and Norwalk, CT
Pay Rate: $17.75 - $18.50 /  hour
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Positions Available:

  1. Full-Time Recovery Support Specialist (Danbury):
    • Schedule: Sunday 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday 2 PM - 10 PM, Tuesday 11 AM - 7 PM, Wednesday 2 PM - 10 PM (32 hours/week)
    • Support individuals in their mental health recovery journey through personalized guidance and encouragement.
  2. Part-Time Direct Support (Norwalk):
    • Hours: 15-20 hours per week
    • Provide support in an independent living environment, assisting residents with daily tasks and empowering their independence.
  3. Additional Direct Support Opportunities (Danbury, Ridgefield, New Milford):
    • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
    • Support individuals with disabilities in independent living settings, helping with personal goals, daily routines, and meaningful activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for Human Services: Ideal for students or entry-level professionals interested in psychology, mental health, or recovery support.
  • Requirements: High school diploma and a valid Driver’s License.
