Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 8:45 AM - 1:45 PM

Salary: $21.63 / hour

This role involves providing vital vocational supports to individuals at their job sites in Waterbury and Southbury, Connecticut. Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site vocational supports and guidance to individuals with disabilities at their job sites.
• Assist with job tasks, ensure smooth workplace integration, and address any challenges that arise.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance job performance and satisfaction, drawing on your expertise in psychology.
• Collaborate with employers and clients to foster a supportive work environment.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, progress, and outcomes to ensure effective employment support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong passion for human services, psychology, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.
• Previous experience in vocational supports or related fields is a plus.
