Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Programs & Services Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our programs and services. Your responsibilities will include program coordination, administrative support, and stakeholder engagement. This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manages the Med Administration process including (but not limited to): enrolling/coordinating med courses, coordinating and collecting background check requirements, and contacting staff about expiring med pours.
  • Processes all required Med Admin paperwork and information timely to facilitate the required coursework, testing, and other certification requirements.
  • Schedules meetings and keeps track of due dates for licensure and forwards packets to Services Manager/Residential Program Manager. Participates in typing plans of correction and sends out to providers.
  • Orders supplies for nursing team and licensed residential. 
  • Maintains flexibility to meet urgent needs of the department, works collaboratively with program services team and maintains open communication with other departments.
  • Assists on special projects as deemed necessary by supervisor and performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Serves as a Notary Public for the office of the President & CEO.
  • Serves as a back-up to the Chief of Staff, including support for the Board of Directors and Committee Meetings, as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equiv­a­lent
  • 3-5 years experi­ence; prefer­ably in a health care environment
  • Must have strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of gener­al office prac­tices. 
  • Capa­ble of observing and following discre­tionary rules and procedures.
  • Experience in dealing with confidential material and heavy volume in a fast-paced office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
