Location(s): Greater Danbury Area  

Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week; M-F. No On-Call Responsibilities  

Pay Rate: $78,000 Starting Salary    

Responsibilities:  

• Provide nursing oversight and coordinate care for individuals with developmental disabilities in nurturing residential group home and day program settings
• Advocate to make sure our folks get the best clinical care possible through teaching, training and audit activities
• Use your interpersonal and communication skills to work with a diverse team, ranging from non-licensed direct care staff to physicians and other caregivers

Qualifications:  

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current RN license to practice Nursing in the state of Connecticut
• One (1) year of RN experience
• Ability to travel to group homes and other locations as needed (generous mileage reimbursement)
• Experience working with developmental disabilities is a plus but, if not, we are happy to share our love of IDD nursing with you!
