Location: New Milford, CT, United States
Schedule: 1st shift & 2nd shift, weekend availability
Description

Location(s): Several programs available across Danbury, Bethel, New Milford, and Ridgefield
Hours: Evening and overnight - at least one weekend day availability required.
Pay Rate: $17.75/ hour
Responsibilities:
- Empower individuals to achieve greater independence in residential and community settings
- Assisting with transportation needs for individuals to and from appointments.
- Immersing individuals into the community to participate in work and volunteer activities such as Special Olympics
- Assisting with positive behavior reinforcement, goal planning, and socialization skills
- Ensure proper electronic and physical documentation of daily individualized case notes.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, behaviorists, & nutritionists!

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- An interest in mental illness, psychology, and behaviors a plus!
- This is a more independent role - requires someone who takes initiative and enjoys building 1:1 relationship.
