Location: Chappaqua, NY with travel throughout Westchester County
Hours: Full time, day hours
Pay Rate: $42,640 / year
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work with OPWDD-assigned caseload.
- Dynamic role in career development for integrated, competitive employment.
- Network for job opportunities, provide training, and ongoing support.
- Assist with goal setting, resume writing, interview skills, and job coaching.
- Safely transport clients to job sites for interviews.
- Ensure accurate documentation according to Ability Beyond and funder standards.
- Conduct ongoing follow-ups and site visits for each job placement.
- Ideal for passionate individuals, recent graduates, or those seeking a non-office-based career change.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Monday-Friday Availability
- Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle
- High energy, outgoing personality
