LPN- Per Diem

Hours: Part Time or Per Diem

Rate: $33/hr

Location: Opportunities available in Beacon, NY. (only minutes away from Newburgh, NY.)

This 14 bed residential group home has an immediate need for an LPN to work as part of a team in providing direct nursing care to medically frail individuals with disabilities. The caseload ratios are small, giving staff a chance to form strong relationships with the people we serve. This is a great opportunity to work in smaller, nurturing environment where every team member is valued!

Responsibilities:

• Hands on nursing care for adults with physical and developmental disabilities (including, but not limited to: wound care, catheters, and g-tubes)
• Review patients physical condition and medical needs and document changes as appropriate
• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license to practice Nursing in the State of New York
• Proficiency in delegated nursing skills
• Valid drivers license
