Location: Chappaqua, NY with travel throughout Westchester County

Hours:  Full time, day hours

Pay Rate: $42,000

Responsibilities: 

• Working with assigned caseload throughout Westchester County, NY
• Networking in the community to identify career placement opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses to meet potential and ongoing placement goals.
• Supporting individuals on your caseload with goal setting, resume writing, interview skill building, networking assistance, and soft skills coaching.
• Providing supplemental job coaching and training at the work site. Assisting in the supervisor's conversations and feedback, to better support individuals maintaining employment.
• Keeping updated documentation per funders on above listed items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Monday-Friday Availability
• Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle
• High energy, outgoing personality
