Role Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in our growth strategy by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right solutions. Your proactive approach and persuasive skills will be key in achieving and surpassing inside sales targets.


  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Manage existing accounts, while building business with new prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Listen to clients' needs and offer suitable products/services to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Effectively use CRM software to manage leads and track progress.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, price quotes and sales agreements. Follow through to closing of the sale and appropriate documentation and invoicing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.


  • High School degree required. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record and skills in meeting sales goals, prospecting and closing, territory management, presenting, cultivating new and existing client relationships and demonstrating strong customer service skills required.
  • Completion of formalized sales training program or education a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding marketing and selling skills plus the ability to successfully articulate and sell product/service strengths and solutions to clients.
  • Excellent computer and internet skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, social networking literacy and internet applications.
  • Working knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • Strong independent judgment skills and flexibility with the ability to work exceedingly well independently and with others as part of innovative, evolving and high performing team.
  • Must be able to effectively and efficiently balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and achieving positive outcomes.
